Low Season (from) £400 per week
High Season (from) £650 per week
Short Breaks (from) £90 per day (minimum 3 nights)

BOOKINGS

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. Unless otherwise stated.

TERMS

Terms shown are inclusive of VAT at current rate (where applicable).
Please send deposit of 30% when booking.
The balance is payable 42 days before date of holiday.
The price of the holiday includes heating, lighting, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
There are no extra charges but the hirer is liable for the cost of any damages done to the property and contents.
The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as found on arrival.
Our properties are NOT suitable for parties of young people.

NO SMOKING

Langton Court is a non smoking establishment.

CANCELLATION

Please make sure that you arrange your own Holiday (Cancellation) Insurance.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation you need to inform us immediately.
We will then make every effort to re-let your booking.
If we re-let we will refund your payment less a £30.00 administration charge.
If, however we are unable to re-let, you remain responsible for the PAYMENT IN FULL.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE

To allow us sufficient time to prepare the property, we ask visitors not to arrive
before 3.30 p.m. and to leave by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
